Tea

Tea

Good for headaches, blurred vision, dizziness, thirst, indigestion, upset stomach, and certain skin issues.

Description

Tea is both bitter and sweet. It has a slightly cool nature, helping to ease thirst. It lifts your mood, helps your digestion, and encourages urination. Tea influences the heart, lungs, and stomach.

Preparation

  1. Mix 10g of ground tea leaves and 10g of dried ginger. Take one teaspoon of this mix with warm water 2 to 3 times a day. This helps with bad stomach issues.

  2. Make a paste by grinding tea leaves and mixing them with strong tea. Apply this paste on affected skin areas 2 to 3 times a day. This helps with certain skin issues.

Clinical Reports

Some studies showed that drinking 2ml of very strong tea 3 to 4 times a day helped many people with bad stomach problems get better. Another study used the same method and found that over 90% of people with acute upset stomach issues got better in 2 days. For ongoing stomach problems, 10 out of 12 cases saw improvements after drinking strong tea.
