Seaweed is cool and salty. It helps soften hard areas, get rid of mucus, and helps your body pass water.

How to Prepare Seaweed:

For Goiters:

  1. Take 40g of seaweed and wash off all the salt.
  2. Boil it in 2 or 3 cups of water on low heat.
  3. Keep boiling until the water is half gone.
  4. Drink this mix.

For Swollen Testes:

  1. Take 20g of seaweed and 20g of sea grass.
  2. Add 5g of caraway seeds.
  3. Boil all these in enough water on low heat.
  4. Stop when the water is half gone.
  5. Drink this mix.

For Chronic Bronchitis in Older Adults:

  1. Wash seaweed and cut it into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Soak the seaweed in boiling water 3 times, for about 30 seconds each time.
  3. Drain the water.
  4. Eat the seaweed with sugar at meals for 1 month.
