Seaweed is cool and salty. It helps soften hard areas, get rid of mucus, and helps your body pass water.
How to Prepare Seaweed:
For Goiters:
- Take 40g of seaweed and wash off all the salt.
- Boil it in 2 or 3 cups of water on low heat.
- Keep boiling until the water is half gone.
- Drink this mix.
For Swollen Testes:
- Take 20g of seaweed and 20g of sea grass.
- Add 5g of caraway seeds.
- Boil all these in enough water on low heat.
- Stop when the water is half gone.
- Drink this mix.
For Chronic Bronchitis in Older Adults:
- Wash seaweed and cut it into 1-inch pieces.
- Soak the seaweed in boiling water 3 times, for about 30 seconds each time.
- Drain the water.
- Eat the seaweed with sugar at meals for 1 month.
