Frog

Frog is believed to cool down your body from the inside, help you get rid of bad stuff, and get extra water out. It's also thought to give strength and help women after having a baby.

How to Use Frog:

  1. For a red face and swollen neck: Crush a frog and get the juice. Mix it with water and drink on an empty stomach.
  2. For issues with monthly bleeding: Bake a frog and grind it into powder. Mix 9g of it with a little wine and drink. Or, steam a frog with 90g of yellow soybeans and eat it with meals for three days.

Notes:
In southern China, people eat frog and say it tastes like chicken. They even call it "farm chicken."
