Positive Suggestions for Therapy:
Now that you are in a state of deep relaxation, I want you to imagine yourself at your ideal weight. See yourself in your mind's eye, looking slim, healthy, and vibrant. Notice how good you feel in your body, how confident you are, and how proud you are of yourself for achieving your weight loss goals.
Now, I want you to imagine yourself making healthy choices when it comes to food. See yourself choosing foods that nourish your body and give you energy. Notice how good it feels to eat healthy, whole foods that fuel your body and support your weight loss goals.
As you continue to imagine yourself at your ideal weight, I want you to affirm to yourself that you are capable of achieving this goal. Repeat to yourself, "I am worthy of a healthy, vibrant body. I am capable of losing weight and keeping it off for good. I am in control of my eating habits, and I make healthy choices every day."
Coming Out of Hypnosis:
Now, as you begin to come out of hypnosis, imagine yourself feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and energized.
