Foods and Fatigue

When food leads to sickness, people call it food harm. Common reasons are eating too much, eating food that has bad stuff in it, or eating foods that are cold or cool in energy. If you eat greasy food for a long time, it can mess up how your stomach and guts work. This can also make you feel too warm inside and cause skin problems.

Feeling super tired can make you weak and lead to other health issues. This tiredness could be from an inside body part not working well or from having too much intimate time. Having too much intimate time is also called a bedroom harm. Doing this a lot can hurt your kidneys and become a lasting problem.
