Foods and Fatigue

When foods cause disease, it is called a food injury. Intoxication, overeating, and eating foods with cold or cool energies are common causes. In addition, a prolonged consumption of greasy foods will cause a disorder of the digestive functions and produce internal heat and skin eruptions.

Fatigue is one of the factors that cause deficiency disease. The fatigue may be of an internal organ or due to excessive sex. Also called a bedroom injury, excessive sexual intercourse can harm the kidneys and become a chronic disorder.
