What is normal anxiety?
Normal anxiety is basically just a fancy way of saying that you're a little bit worried about everything all the time. It can be about things like money, work, and relationships, or even just feeling self-conscious in social situations. It's totally normal to feel anxious before a big event or test, and it's also normal to feel a little bit scared in dangerous situations (like when you're about to bungee jump off a bridge). And if you've been through something really traumatic, it's totally normal to feel anxious, sad, and have trouble sleeping for a little while.
